Neighborhoods We Work In Most
Las Vegas is not one market. A 1990s home in Spring Valley, a paver driveway in Summerlin, and a restaurant on Fremont are three different jobs with three different surfaces.
Here is where we work and what each part of town actually needs.
Summerlin
Paver driveways, travertine patios, and HOA-driven driveway cleaning
Enterprise & Mountain's Edge
Newer construction, large concrete driveways, pool decks
Spring Valley
Mixed-age housing, garage floors, patio flatwork
Centennial Hills & Providence
Driveways and pool decks, heavy dust exposure from open desert
Southern Highlands
Pool decks, travertine, and second-story window cleaning
The Lakes & Rhodes Ranch
Established homes with mature landscaping and heavier surface staining
Downtown & the Arts District
Commercial frontage, sidewalks, and graffiti removal
Paradise, Winchester & Sunrise Manor
Retail centers, restaurant exteriors, and dumpster enclosures
What We Clean Most in Las Vegas
Across the city, four jobs make up most of our residential volume: driveways, pool decks, patios, and garage floors.
Driveways dominate, partly because they are the largest exterior surface on most properties and partly because they are what HOAs cite. Pool decks come second and are the job where surface identification matters most — a huge share of Las Vegas decks are cool deck, which must not be pressure washed.
Exterior windows are their own category, driven almost entirely by hard water. Homes with sprinklers hitting the glass need them cleaned regularly or the minerals start etching.
Commercial Corridors We Service
Commercially, the city breaks into recognizable corridors. Retail along Rainbow, Sahara, Charleston, and Eastern. Restaurant clusters near the Arts District and along Maryland Parkway. Office and medical around the Hughes Center and Summerlin. Industrial toward the east and along the I-15.
What they have in common is that almost none of it can be cleaned during business hours, which is why our commercial work runs overnight. Storefront frontage, restaurant patios, drive-thru lanes, parking lot concrete, and dumpster enclosures all get handled between close and open.
Downtown and the Arts District generate more graffiti removal calls than anywhere else in the city.
HOA Standards Around the City
Most Las Vegas master-planned communities enforce exterior appearance standards, and driveway and walkway condition is one of the most commonly cited items.
If you have received a notice, we clean the surface and put together a single-page document with before and after photos and a summary of the work, finished and ready to forward to your HOA or management company. It comes with the job at no extra charge. More on the residential services page.
Scheduling in Las Vegas
Residential jobs get grouped by area where we can, so flexibility on the day usually means a sooner appointment. Commercial work runs after hours, which sidesteps traffic entirely.
