Spray paint
The most common and the most variable. Fresh aerosol on a sealed surface comes off well. Aged aerosol on bare block is the hardest case there is.
Marker and ink
Penetrates fast and deep on porous surfaces. Often responds better to specific solvents than to pressure.
Etching and scratching
Physical damage to the material. No cleaning method removes it. Glass may be polishable; metal usually is not.
Stickers and adhesive
Removes with heat and solvent. The adhesive shadow is usually the harder part.
Why We Assess Before We Quote
We do not quote graffiti removal from a description. There are too many variables and the wrong assumption costs you money and costs us the job.
A photo is usually enough to start. Text or email us a picture of the tag and the surface it is on, and we can tell you quickly whether it is straightforward, difficult, or something removal will not fully solve.
What we are looking at: what the surface is, whether it is sealed, what was used to make the mark, roughly how long it has been there, how large it is, and whether it is reachable from the ground.
For anything substantial we will come look before quoting. That visit is free and it is how you avoid a contractor discovering halfway through that the job is different than they thought.
What Removal Can and Cannot Achieve
What removal can do: take a tag off a sealed, coated, or non-porous surface, usually completely. Substantially reduce the visibility of a tag on porous masonry. Get a property back to presentable quickly.
What removal cannot do: return heavily absorbed pigment on bare block or raw concrete to original color. Repair etched glass or scratched metal. Restore a host paint finish that came off along with the tag.
When painting over is the right answer: on bare or previously painted masonry with repeated tagging, a color-matched repaint frequently gives a better result than chemical removal, costs less, and holds up better. We will tell you when we think that is the case, even though it is not the service we are quoting.
We do not promise complete removal in every situation. What we promise is an honest assessment before you spend anything, and the best result the surface will allow.

Cities across the Las Vegas Valley require property owners to abate graffiti on their own property, and they set deadlines for it. Requirements and timeframes differ between the City of Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Boulder City, and unincorporated Clark County, and they change — so check the notice you received or your city’s code enforcement page for the exact terms that apply to you.

We check the property on an agreed cadence and remove what has appeared, which keeps tags fresh enough to come off easily and keeps the property from looking abandoned. It is almost always cheaper than a series of urgent one-off visits.
