Driveway Pressure Washing in Las Vegas

Concrete, pavers, and stamped driveways cleaned edge to edge with a rotating surface cleaner — and hot water where oil and grease call for it.

Driveway Cleaning for Las Vegas Homes

The driveway is the largest exterior surface on most Las Vegas homes and the one that takes the most abuse — vehicle drips, irrigation overspray, blown dust, and 110-degree summer sun that bakes all of it in. It is also the first thing anyone sees, which is why it shows up on HOA notices more than any other surface.

Standard poured concrete

What most Las Vegas driveways are. It is durable, it takes direct pressure well, and it is the surface that shows the biggest difference after a clean.

Concrete pavers

Cleaned at moderate pressure with technique that protects the joints. Pavers come up looking close to new when they are cleaned properly rather than blasted.

Stamped and decorative

Depends entirely on the sealer. Intact sealer cleans beautifully. Failing sealer comes off in patches, so we test an inconspicuous area first.

Oil, Rust, and Irrigation Staining

What actually comes out, and what only gets better. No guarantees of total removal — concrete does not work that way.

How We Clean a Driveway

01

Assess

We check the concrete condition, the sealer, cracks, and the stains you care about most, then tell you what to expect.

02

Pre-treat

Cleaning solution goes down and gets time to work. Oil spots and rust get treated individually.

03

Surface clean

A rotating surface cleaner covers the slab at consistent pressure and distance, which is what produces an even result.

04

Detail the edges

Expansion joints, the garage apron, borders, and anywhere the surface cleaner cannot reach get cleaned with a detail wand.

05

Final rinse

The full area gets rinsed down once the cleaning is complete, and we clean up after ourselves before we leave.

Why a Surface Cleaner Beats a Wand

You can clean a driveway with a pressure washer wand. It just looks like you cleaned it with a wand.

A wand cleans in a narrow fan. To cover a slab you sweep it back and forth, and every overlap gets cleaned twice while every gap gets cleaned once. On dirty concrete that difference shows up as stripes — permanent-looking arcs that only go away when the whole slab weathers back down.

A surface cleaner solves it mechanically. Rotating jets inside a fixed housing hold a constant distance and constant overlap across the full width. The result is uniform, and it is the reason a professionally cleaned driveway reads as clean from the street instead of looking blotchy.

We still use a wand for edges, expansion joints, the apron, and vertical surfaces. It is a detail tool, not the one that does the bulk of the work.

What It Costs

Driveway cleaning starts at $250. That is a genuine starting price, not a teaser — it is what a straightforward job costs.

Where the final number lands depends on the size of the driveway, the surface it is made of, and how much of the staining needs treating individually. Send a few photos and we will give you an exact price before you commit to anything.

Having more than one service done on the same visit costs less than booking them separately. Driveway and garage floor together, or patio and pool deck together, is cheaper than two trips — tell us everything you want cleaned and we will price it as a bundle.

Frequently Asked Questions

Driveway cleaning starts at $250. Where your job lands depends on the size of the driveway, whether it is concrete or pavers, and how much of the staining needs individual treatment. Send photos and we will give you an exact price at no charge. If you are having other areas cleaned on the same visit, the bundle costs less than booking each one separately.

Fresh oil usually comes out. Oil that soaked into hot concrete years ago has bonded with the slab, and what comes out is what has not bonded. Expect significant lightening rather than disappearance. We will tell you honestly which one you are looking at before you book.

Yes. Pavers get moderate pressure and a technique that works with the joints rather than against them. They clean up extremely well — a paver driveway is often the most dramatic before-and-after we do. If we see anything about your pavers worth flagging, we will tell you before we start.

Those need a rust-specific treatment, not more pressure. Pressure will not touch irrigation rust. Results are usually good, though rust that has penetrated deeply can leave a faint shadow.

They are commonly included, but confirm it in your quote so there are no surprises. Most homeowners want the driveway, apron, front walkway, and entry done together since the transition line is obvious otherwise.

Once it is dry. In Las Vegas that does not take long. If we have applied a treatment that needs longer before vehicles go back on it, we will tell you before we leave.
