Storefront Pressure Washing in Las Vegas

Sidewalks, entries, and building frontage cleaned after hours, so your first customer of the day walks across a clean, dry walkway.

Storefront Cleaning for Las Vegas Retail

Your entrance is the last thing a customer sees before they decide what kind of business you run. Gum, drink rings, and grey traffic film build up gradually — slowly enough that staff walk past it every day without noticing, and quickly enough that a first-time customer notices immediately.

Sidewalks and walkways

The concrete your customers actually walk on, cleaned across whatever area you want covered.

Entries and thresholds

The highest-traffic square footage on any retail property and the first thing a customer looks down at.

Building frontage

Lower facade, columns, base of stucco walls, and covered walkway ceilings where access and surface allow.

Foot-traffic grime

Cleaning Scheduled Around Your Store Hours

Cleaning a storefront in the middle of a trading day means wet floor signs at your door and equipment where your customers want to walk. There is no reason to put them through that.

So we work after you close. Retail frontage gets cleaned overnight and the concrete is dry long before you open, so all your customers see the next morning is a clean walkway.

For stores that never close, we clean in sections. We work one stretch of walkway at a time with cones and signage in place, then move on to the next. Your entrance stays usable the entire time.

Where several tenants in a center want their frontage done, we can coordinate it into a single visit rather than a different crew turning up at each unit on a different week.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. If you close overnight, we work then and you never see us. If you never close, we clean in coned sections so there is always a clear route to your door.

Yes. Gum needs heat to release cleanly — that is what our hot-water equipment is for. Cold scraping gouges the concrete and leaves a visible mark where the gum used to be.

Bi-weekly or monthly for most retail entries. High-traffic centers and anything near food service usually need bi-weekly. We will suggest a cadence after we see the traffic pattern.

Whatever you are paying for. Plenty of individual tenants have just their own frontage cleaned. If several units want it done together we can coordinate the whole run in one visit, which usually works out better on price.

Exterior glass is a separate service — it is never pressure washed. We clean it by squeegee or water-fed pole depending on the property. It is commonly bundled with storefront cleaning, so see exterior window cleaning and ask us to quote both together.

Yes. We schedule the work so the surface has time to dry before your doors open.
