- Hot water for oil and tire residue
Industrial Concrete Cleaning for Las Vegas Warehouses
Warehouse concrete takes a different kind of abuse. Forklift and truck tires, hydraulic leaks, pallets, and constant desert dust grind into dock aprons and floors, and the office frontage visitors see picks up the same grime from everything tracking in and out.
We clean warehouses and industrial properties across the valley, from single flex suites to large distribution buildings. Hot water and degreaser do the heavy work on oil and tire residue, and the job is scheduled around your shifts and shipping windows. It is the same equipment behind all of our commercial pressure washing in Las Vegas.
Docks & aprons
Loading dock aprons, truck courts, and the concrete in front of every roll-up door.
Warehouse floors
Interior concrete floors, usually between tenants or before a new lease starts.
Frontage & enclosures
Office entries, walkways, and the dumpster enclosures behind the building.
What Builds Up Around a Warehouse
Hydraulic and oil leaks
Hot water and degreaser
Forklifts and trucks leave drips that soak into aprons and floors. Older stains lighten rather than vanish
Tire marks and rubber
Hot water and agitation
Heaviest at dock doors and turning areas, inside and out
Desert dust and dirt
Pre-rinse, then a full surface clean
Blows in through open roll-up doors and packs into floor joints
Pallet and product staining
Surface cleaner at consistent pressure
Rust, wood stain, and spilled product where pallets sit and get dragged
Dumpster enclosure buildup
Hot water and degreaser
Liquids and waste soak into the pad behind the building
Bird droppings
Treated and rinsed
Heavy under dock canopies, eaves, and lighting. Acidic, so worth removing before it etches
Scheduled Around Shifts and Shipping
Warehouses run on shipping windows, not office hours. We walk the site with you first, note which docks, doors, and areas are in use and when, and plan the cleaning around them.
Dock aprons and truck courts get cleaned between shipments or after the last truck of the day. Interior floors are easiest between tenants or during a planned shutdown, once the area is cleared of product and equipment.
Hot water and degreaser go on oil and tire residue, and a surface cleaner gives open concrete an even finish. Water is kept away from electrical panels, outlets, and anything stored near the floor.
Office frontage, walkways, and enclosures can go on the same visit, so one crew handles the whole property. Certificates of insurance are available for your files.

Keeping Your Crew and Drivers Safe
- Cones and wet-floor signage stay up wherever we are actively working.
- Hoses are routed clear of forklift paths, dock doors, and walkways.
- Active docks and doors stay clear while we work the rest of the site.
- Water is kept away from electrical panels, outlets, and stored product.
- We coordinate with your shift lead so nobody is surprised by wet concrete.
