Commercial Sidewalk Cleaning, Done Overnight
A sidewalk is the first part of your business a customer touches, and in Las Vegas it gets dirty fast. Desert dust settles every day, foot traffic grinds it into the concrete, and spilled drinks, food, and grease leave dark patches that spread a little further every week. Eventually the whole walkway takes on a grey film that makes a well-kept building look neglected.
Commercial sidewalks are the core of what we do. Our crews are out every night cleaning walkways for restaurants, retail plazas, office buildings, and other commercial properties across the valley, working after close so the concrete is dry before you open. It is the same overnight approach behind all of our commercial pressure washing in Las Vegas.
Storefront & plaza walkways
The sidewalks along every storefront, cleaned edge to edge from one end of the center to the other.
Entries & ramps
Customer entries, office approaches, ramps, and the concrete right outside the door.
Back-of-house concrete
Rear entries, service doors, and side walkways that staff use every day but customers never see.
What Builds Up on a Las Vegas Sidewalk
Traffic film
Surface cleaner at consistent pressure
The grey haze left by thousands of footsteps. It is what makes sound concrete look old
Desert dust and dirt
Pre-rinse, then a full surface clean
Settles daily and packs into joints and textured finishes, especially after a windy week
Drink and food spills
Detergent with dwell time
Soda, coffee, and sugar leave sticky dark spots that hold on to more dirt
Restaurant grease
Hot water and degreaser
Tracks out from kitchen doors and patios and spreads along shared walkways
Cigarette staining
Chemical treatment near receptacles
Concentrates around ash urns, benches, and entry doors
Bird droppings
Treated and rinsed
Heavy under canopies, signage, and ledges. Acidic, so worth removing before it etches
How We Clean a Sidewalk
Every sidewalk job starts with a walkthrough, so we know exactly which walkways, entries, and back areas are included, and where the doors, drains, and landscaping are.
We clear loose debris, pre-treat the worst spots, then run a rotary surface cleaner across the concrete. A surface cleaner holds the same distance and pressure on every pass, so you get an even finish instead of the stripes a wand leaves behind.
Grease spots and heavy staining get hot water and degreaser. Edges, steps, and corners the surface cleaner cannot reach get detailed by hand, and everything is rinsed away from your doors.
Most of this happens at night, after you close. By the time staff arrive in the morning, the concrete is clean and dry. Managing several locations? We put them on one route with one point of contact, and certificates of insurance are available for your files.

Keeping Your Entry Safe While We Work
- Cones and wet-floor signage stay up wherever we are actively working.
- Hoses are kept clear of doorways and out of the main walking path.
- Businesses that never close always keep a clear route to the door.
- Water is directed away from thresholds, door sweeps, and floor transitions.
- Outlets, signage, and light fixtures get avoided rather than sprayed around.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Most of our sidewalk work happens overnight, after businesses close, so the concrete is dry before anyone arrives. For businesses that never close, we work in coned sections and keep a clear path to the door.
Usually an hour or two, depending on the season and how much shade the walkway gets. Because we work overnight, it is dry long before you open.
Gum is one of the hardest things to get off concrete, and results depend on how long it has been there and how far it has been ground in. Pressure washing alone will not lift all of it, so we would rather talk it through honestly. Give us a call and we can tell you what to expect for your sidewalk.
Not when it is done correctly. We use a rotary surface cleaner at a consistent pressure instead of holding a narrow tip close to the concrete, which is what causes etching and stripes.
Yes. We clean sidewalks for businesses and property managers with several sites, sequencing them on one route with one schedule and one point of contact.
Yes. We are fully licensed and insured, with general liability, workers’ compensation, and commercial auto coverage. Certificates are available for your files on request.
No. Many sidewalk accounts start with a single clean and move onto a recurring schedule once they have seen the result.
