Lake Las Vegas Homes We Clean
Lake Las Vegas sits on Henderson’s eastern edge along Lake Mead Parkway, built around a 320-acre private lake completed in 1991. It covers about 3,600 acres of Mediterranean-style villages, golf frontage, and lakefront homes. It is the eastern edge of our pressure washing in Las Vegas service area.
That shows up in the work. Outdoor living is the whole point here, so most of our Lake Las Vegas jobs are pool decks, tile and stamped concrete patios, and decorative driveways, which are exactly the surfaces where the wrong pressure does the most damage.
Communities we work in regularly: SouthShore, The Masters at SouthShore, Bella Fiore, Vita Bella, the condos around MonteLago Village, and the newer neighborhoods throughout Lake Las Vegas.
Guard-Gated Villages and HOA Standards
SouthShore is guard-gated, and several of the Mediterranean villages are gated as well. Associations here hold exteriors to a resort standard, and stained driveways, patios, and walkways do get noticed.
If a notice arrives, the association will want proof the work was done by the deadline.
We handle the proof. Every notice-driven job comes with a one-page document: before and after photos and a summary of the work and the date, ready to forward to your association as it is. No extra charge.
It comes up regularly in our Google reviews.

Pool Decks, Stamped Concrete, and Tile
Cool deck is common around Lake Las Vegas pools, and it is the surface most often damaged by the wrong cleaning. It is a coating over concrete, so it gets a soft wash and low pressure, never full force. The pool deck in the photos below shows the difference partway through.
Stamped and decorative concrete depends on its sealer. Intact sealer cleans up beautifully, while failing sealer can come off in patches, so we test a small area first and tell you what to expect.
Tile patios and travertine get low pressure and the right cleaning solution, which lifts dirt and hard water film without etching the surface.
See pool deck cleaning and patio cleaning for how each surface gets handled.
